Hi,

 

I have a problem with my online connect services. It totally disappeared from my infotainment unit. Superb 2017, touch unit, base spec. 
There is no globe in the upper part, no option in settings. It seems like there is totally no connection, not even trace of it in the system. Like it was not there to begin with. 
It happened on Monday when I was washing/polishing the car. 
When using the app it says my car is open and at totally different location. It logged the last position where it was working. I deleted my car from services. I have restarted (pushed the button for 10 or more seconds) infotainment unit. And nothing happened. 
It was working fine for over a year, no issues. Online services are paid for another year. 
 

any ideas? Thank you.

I have a very similar problem.

The app worked fine until Saturday evening and still reports the car being in the same position as Saturday afternoon.

Skoda Connect Online services has disappeared from within Menu > Settings.

But I can still access infotainment online!?!

I have the same problem on a 2020 Kodiaq. Online services disappeared from the menu on Monday. 
Also no globe near the time display. 
 

Did anyone find the cause of this?

I noticed last night. The globe stayed red but all the traffic & online services were still working.

 

Do you connect with your phones wifi hospot or a SIM card?

For me as I have an Amusden unit it is via my mobile's hotspot.

Globe does go white and display WLAN.

But Škoda connect settings item has disappeared and app is not updating updating with driving data.

My services started working again yesterday. Nothing has been done to the car.
Globe and car with key icon are back. Even menu option is back. 
All is working fine now.

Mine started working today. Really strange isn't it?

Spoke too soon.

Remote access / car connect is still working  , but yesterday evening infotainment online stopped working and had disappeared from the online services menu.
