Hi I have a 2014 vrs with canton. does anyone know what headunit i can upgrade to so that i can get smart link and use carplay and android auto ?  as i understand there are a few variations and since i have the canton sound system i may need a specific part numbered headunit as others may not work ? i could be worng?

If you want to retain OE units then you'll need a MIB2 main unit (in the glove box) and screen.

 

You don't say if you have an Amundsen or Columbus at present?

2014 will be MIB1. For Android Auto etc you'll need MIB2, and as you have Canton you'll also need an MIB2 Canton amp as well if you change. Starts getting expensive when you factor in the cost of parts, Component Protection removal, etc.
