Go to the dealer or another dealer for second opinion. IF you have it they need to check it out. You may not fiddle with it yourself or void warranty that you ****ed it up somehow.

The dealership is hopeless. Else, I won’t be here for help, mate.

Anyone with DLA can share a photo of your menu?

As Omniking suggests, go to another dealer - I know from personal experience that there are some truly dreadful Skoda dealers as well as some good ones.

Hi Mate,  i am from New Zealand, and my car has the same issue, no DLA option, and don't know how to enable it...

Same as above, you'll need to go to the dealer - this should have been activated when the dealer you purchased it from did the PDI.

Who is your dealer? (Some dealers here are very new to Skoda....)

I am from Hamilton, my dealer is Ebbett, I will go back to them and find out what they can do for me... Thanks

I think that I didn't not have DLA when I bought the car. However, a few months ago there was an update and suddenly I got a message that DLA was enabled or installed. I though that I had to buy it in the Shop, but got it for free. I am in Sweden and still have not tested if it works or not...

That's good, they may be new to the brand but they have a good reputation so lets hope they can sort it. Let us now how you get on.

The same happened to me today.. it was installed by itself and there was notify that function is now enabled.. In menu I can now see this option which is enabled (how it was before I do not know - probably missing)..

PS. I have Matrix LED lights which was working just fine..

What exactly this will do differently as before?

See page 51/52 of the owners manual for the full low down, but basically it automatically switches high beam on and off. To activate push the lighting switch stalk forward and you should see the high beam indicator on the dash turn gray with an A in the symbol. be aware that under certain circumstances it's not fool proof (oncoming vehicle has dim headlights, or oncoming vehicle obscured etc) so be prepared to dip the lights if necessary. Overall though I find it works quite well. As usual, others may have different experiences.

Yes.. that is correct.. until now I need manualy enable high beam.. after update it does by itself when darkness fall..
