I ask this question, because after a recent software update performed by my retailer. I had some settings i didn't want. When i tried to change them, it said me car (kamiq '70 sel) was not connected to the internet.

 

I apologise for being 60 years old and not very tech proficient. Therefore could i politely ask  .... WTF ?

Have you paid to keep skoda connect if not you won't be on the Internet.  skoda-connect.com  what did you not want in settings

sorted now... dealer guided me through it on the phone.
