As the title suggests, I need a new drivers seat for my mk2 occy. Finding one in decent nick is proving to be a bit of a p.i.t.a., so what are my options? Has anyone fitted something from a different marque?

We may be able to help. I'm going to fit vrs seats to my wife's Ambiente tdi and as long she's happy with them we'll have a set of standard seats going begging.

Photos I can do, to follow.  Bear in mind I don't have a definitive timescale - but soon.  Hopefully over half term.

I've also got a spare Audi A3 driver's seat in the garage you can have for free as it is just missing airbag connectors which can be taken from you old seat.
