Steering noise (clicking/popping noise)

Featured Replies

So currently having issues with a noise when turning left and right. It even happens when on lock and reversing or moving forward.
it’s only recently started and I have the Eibach pro lowering kit I also have white line adjustable drop links (these are secure and not moving that I can see)

I have the power flex dog bone insert.

I have just changed the n/s driveshaft thinking it was the cv joint but it’s come back.
I know the brake pads are around 75% worn but have never had the pads making this noise before whilst moving in the callipers. Not sure what else it could be. Have read about the gearbox mount under the battery holder. Any suggestions would be great as when I seem to try and show someone it doesn’t do it.

 Which is blooming typical.

have added the link for the video which I have on YouTube. as unable to load the video directly as too large.

Hey. Did you find out what was causing the popping?

Hi all.

Apollogies for the mega late reply. I managed to find out the rear subframe bolts had come lose causing it to move under certain situations. Get these tightened and you should be good.
