I'd welcome any views on this dealership from anyone using them - not usually that keen on main dealerships, but sometimes it's unavoidable for warranty purposes!

I've been using DM Keith since before they were DM Keith (previously Royce Roberts) in Hull.  I've had two Yetis and now an Octavia Scout.

 

I've had experience of various main dealers (not just Skoda) in the past and I have to give this particular branch top marks.  

 

On several occasions they have gone above and beyond what I'd expect from the average dealer as far as any work required - especially on the matter of the silicate in the cooling system, where they took it upon themselves to reduce the costs to myself.

 

I can't vouch for any of the other branches of DM Keith, but certainly the Hull branch gets top marks from me!

I used DM Keith in Hull for 7 years when I had my 2010 Octavia vRS.

I have to say after moving away to a BMW 435D for a couple of years, which has been an eye opener, though I think everyone should own a BMW at some point just to highlight how good other car brands are. I was not impressed with the BM!

One of the reasons I placed an order for a new Octavia vRS is because of the experience I had with them. The guys in the Hull branch are fantastic, and the service department especially go above and beyond to keep the customers happy.
