Hi all. I changed my head unit for Android stereo, first 2 weeks everything was good, and everything worked normal but yesterday the canbus options stop working with the new unit when I change with the old one everything is fine, the original unit detects the AC settings and everything but not the new one.

On the other hand the new one does start normal but the steering buttons are not working, not detecting the cc settings or anything, I already changed the canbus decoder but it didn't really helped 

 

 

 

 

Have you checked in the stereo settings that they haven't changed?

 

When I first fitted mine none of the canbus worked and I had to change the CANbus options to match the vehicle.

Yes I checked all the settings, I tryied to swap again the original, everything was good, I changed the decoder, didn't worked, my only guess would be that something is wrong with the radio

Could try contact the seller and see if they have a software update you can download. This usually wipes the stereo back to factory defaults too.

 

I recently got an update for my Android stereo. Just put it on a USB and plugged it in and rebooted and it updated.
