can a skoda fabia monte carlo 2014 be fitted with cruise control

Featured Replies

I've recently bought a 2014 Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo and it was advertised by the dealership to have cruise control and for me this is a must. Ive come to find out it does not, can i get it fitted or do i need to think about returning the car. Help is needed.

Please keep posts to a single sub-forum, rather than multiple.

I've reinstated this thread, as it's in the most appropriate area.

Hopefully people will be able to come up with some useful information and help you resolve your issue.

Hi @codyblue welcome to the communtiy.

im not directly familiar with the fabia. However I know it could be done in earlier cars, like the Octavia.

here are some search results.

id hazard a guess it can be done. Of course there will be a cost. Not sure where you are, but there are a lot of local vag specialists who could do it; assuming it’s possible.

that cost, needs to be measured against the cost in returning and purchasing another vehicle.

do you have the advert still as that’s a crucial part of that. Take some advice from a few more.

hope this helps. Feel free to ask more questions, as replies to those topics, or a fresh.

Thank you very much for the reply, i have done some more research and I don't believe it is possible. I have everything I need to return the car and I think that is the route I'm going to take, really upsetting as the car is lovely and the perfect thing for me besides the cruise control

@Tech1e Might be able to advise if a retrofit is possible ??

It’s kind of a yes and no answer.

Yes is is possible, I have retro fitted many MK2 Fabias with cruise control.

But Skoda have now discontinued the kit. The one I have in stock is the last one they made.
