Project research phase - Mk2 Golf (1.8T currently) want to 140tdi DSG

Hi all,

Currently have a MK2 golf with a 1.8t conversion i did a number of years ago.

i really wasnt to DSG this car and i have a lovely R Line Passat Wagon that the woman wants to trade in. Only offering €1k for it. It worth far for than that, its very tidy a well maintained.

So i’m thinking of putting this into the MK2 Golf.

I’m at research phase at the minute and so if anyone here has come across a TFSI DSG or a TDI DSG conversion into a MK2 golf please post it below.

I know there is a wealth of knowledge here and we are all dabbling with on breed of a VAG or another, so any info on previous builds / projects would be great.
