Multiple copies of certain threads?

Is it just me, over the last few weeks some threads have appeared multiple times on the the same page and 

 

on further pages. Wondering whether its just me or a site problem? There can be up to a dozen clones of exactly

 

the same thread.

AFAIK there had been some instances of duplication but thought they'd all been resolved.

 

If you can link to what may have been missed then we can check things out. 👍

So report them as "ok" or "other" with a narrative of "duplicate thread".
