Hi folks, I've been told about this website today and thought I'd say hello to you all.

As you may have noticed if you've viewed my profile, I am a Skoda sales manager, so any inside info I can pass onto yourselves I will do.

Hi there! Welcome to the forum! I'm new here as well, registred today. I'm from Norway btw. Maybe you know the answer to my question, since you're a Skoda sales manager. The display below my speedometer shows a monkey wrench and 6400 km, then a clock and 28 days. What does this mean? My Fabia has variable service interval. Can I wait 6500 kms before I get a service on it, or just 28 days? Sorry for hijacking your thread. Thanks.

As I said I'm the Sales manager - not Service manager:rolleyes:

The way I understand it, is whichever comes first....the 28 days or the km

Hey Steve, no he didn't buy it from you, but I am pretty sure (99.9%) that he test drove at your place.

I am cringing a little bit because we ordered via Broadspeed (although we did give plenty of dealers a chance to pricematch first)

No doubts about using you guys for servicing though.

Hi guys, I'm at desperation stage here. Changed bearings on the car. Ball joints also changed. The threads on my TREs were goosed from getting the busy off, so I bought new ones to replace them. My issue is the jam nuts. I have watched/read pretty much everything that's out there, yet these things won't budge. Tried heat, spray etc. Is it definitely clockwise for both to loosen them off you are looking at the hub from the outside of the wheel arch? Lefty loosey when looking from the insid

Hi new to the site I have just purchased a 2008 superb Laurin and klement edition in dark blue with cream leather 118000 with original wheels athou the wheels need full refurb i think they are diamond cut but maybe someone could correct me could anyone tell me how many were produced in mk1s and are they a rare car I would have preferred the 1.9 as apose to the 2.0 litre but it drives just a good and coud not find this edition in a 1.9 but I don't think they did a laurin klement in a 1.9 tdi but

Generally, i dont like to be one of those people to open up another topic that has been exhausted time and time again, but after extensive research, i really am struggling to find a forum response that matches fully with my issue.
