I have had two Octavia RS's. Problems encountered to date:

02 Octavia RS:

Water pump/ thermostat failure - repaired under warranty.

Coil packs (4 No.) - replaced under warranty

Indicator control unit - replaced under warranty

Coolant expansion bottle - replaced under warranty

Engine temperature sender - replaced

Loose turbo - repaired

04 Octavia RS:

Steering column rattle - replaced under warranty

light switch to glovebox - does not switch off

Center armrest trigger - broken

Coolant expansion bottle - replaced under warranty

Window regulator - replaced (€180)

Central Convenience Unit failure - TBA
