SIII 2019 hatchback trunk light problem

Featured Replies

Sorry for maybe trivial question but In my haste and inattention, I shorted the trunk light. Now both trunk lights do not work when the trunk is opened, and all other interior lights and controls/messages on the gauges work properly. The electric opening and closing of the hatch also works normally.
Could it be a fuse issue? If so, what number and amperage? If not the fuse, could the lamps themselves be damaged? Where to look for the cause?
Thanks in advance for all advice and tips.

Hi, most likely the fuse has gone open-circuit - I'm sure someone will be along soon with the correct fuse number, location and rating.
