Any ideas what the difference between these 2 is? LL (long life) but what's M? 

 

VRS Diesel DpF remapped. I must say I used M as a top up and could tell the difference straight away felt so much smoother and quieter.

You need to VW 504 00 / 507 00,

so 5w 30 FS III  (that is Long Life) even if doing fixed oil & filter services with a TDI) 

 

No idea about the 'M'.
