I've had my Octy for 18 months, a 21 plate. I had all the SOS Pop issues and a bunch of updates to resolve.

 

The outstanding issue that still annoys me is that the Satnav doesn't remember anything that I program, Home, any stored locations, history, settings, nothing.

 

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there any known resolution? Thanks

I had the same issue along with the SOS pop, the inability to overtake with ACC on etc. Mine was resolved and has remembered all of the favourites and destinations with a software update at the same time as the other issues. I suspect that they have missed an update to one of the modules.

Thank you for some info. Please forgive me, but I am new to Skoda all together.  Can I do update with my phone connected over WLAN or better of to download sole software from some site on my pendrive?

I had similar to @vfr. System updates resolved the satnav and other niggles.

The update needed is done by the dealer service department - and for some reason mine took three days!

So it looks only dealer service can fix it for me. There is no chance so I can do it myself?

Mine was also done by the dealership under warranty.

Si it is too late for me now. Mine is from 2019. 

 

I seem to have a bad luck.
