I have the usual knock/rattle/grind noise during slow speed manoeuvring or over unsettled ground. 
My Bilstein B6 damptronics have all recently just arrived in and I should hopefully get them fitted very shortly. 

my question is: Has anyone used the ECS tuning upgraded front top mounts from awesome GTI, that they list for the MQB platform, and if so, would you recommend them given they’re £192 for the pair?

 

I had 034 street density mounts on my car for a while. They do amplify the suspension noise. It developed some minor knocking noise at low speed.
