Pcv valve new set up/system, catch can

I've been having issues with condensation, burning oil and misfires. It's a 1.6 BSE on a 2011

The condensation has got pretty clogged up in the breather pipe that's attached to the oil filler neck, I'm going to take the rocker cover out in the morning and use some gunk spray and try and clear it all out.

It seems like this is going to be a regular service item before winter and during. 

There's been a lot of oil pulling through with the crank gas and there's a vent tube to the intake from the pcv directly to cylinder 4 which is just fouling the spark plug to the point it literally can't spark. 

I'm hoping to set up a new vent system blocking the old vent off and creating a new breather valve hole in the cover and using the round plate pcv (picture attached) and then having that to an oil catch can and then direct to the intake before the the throttle. This way it can be a lot easier to maintain it from clogging up and keep my engine cleaner.

One thing I noticed on this engine is that there is no breather from the crank, it's all from the cam. So there's currently only 1 breather hole from the rocker cover.

Has anyone done anything similar to this in the past.
