Hi all,

 

I tried my hand at OBD coding yesterday and I’ve f**ked up. Using OBDeleven I wanted to enable TSR and HBA on 2017 PFL Octavia VRS.

 

I’ve now ended up with no ParkPilot and wiped the front assist camera’s calibration so that’s a cost for another day to get it redone.

 

The parkpilot issue is software related surely I’ve done something to stop it activating? Nothing happens when I put the car into reverse, does anybody here have any idea what I could have done? 🙃

Please tell me you didn’t use their one click coding and you physically did all the long coding yourself? 

No I didn’t use the Apps, I was following guides I have found on here and doing the coding myself

Did you back up the configuration? I haven't used OBDEleven for a little bit, but i'm sure there was a history section which showed what you changed (before/after and where).

I’ve struck lucky today & my mechanic noticed I had restored some factory settings and this unselected DSG present so car wasn't recognising it was in reverse, all fixed now however.
