New Owner of a Skoda - Navigation Database

Featured Replies

Hi,

Looking to see if someone could help me here. I am a new skoda owner and i am trying to use NAV getting Navigation is unavailable - please check the navigation database.

When doing more digging does not look like i have one - tried to download the updated maps and put it on a SD card but looks like i am missing the base database.

Can some one explain how do i get about getting the database

thank you for the help in advance

You HAVE  to use a genuine Skoda sd card which has built in files to operate the system. An ordinary sd card will not work.

If you bought it from a dealer you need to raise it with them that no card was supplied.

... and probably best to post in the Superb forum, not the Octavia forum?
