Is anyone else currently experiencing problems, looks like my vehicle and all its data have disappeared?

I've just emailed them asking if when it’s back up my vehicle and related data will still be there or if that information has been lost.

 

 

My Skoda app  has updated to My Skoda essentials app  today,  IOS , and is still working for me.

i got update it yesterday ios but eont work since

same here, after updating the app - it doesn't work anymore. Through the website skoda-connect.com after several hours of downtime it works somehow. 

Try logging out and then delete the app cache and data and then try logging in again.

Update: Just opened the app and it appears to now be working, as mentioned above by @Kenny R the app has updated and now goes by a new name, My Škoda ‘Essentials’

 

All of my data has been preserved but the image on my front page of the app has changed from an image of my actual model/colour to a white pre-facelift model. Nothing major but a slight annoyance all the same, I wonder if that will right itself too?

same here but i deleted all data reinstall again here in my app and in the car and i get back my official car 🤓

I’ll give it 24 hours before I contact Škoda again, not exactly endearing itself to me or making me want to renew the subscription when it runs out.

 

 

 

Well still no return to normal so I’ve just sent yet another email to Škoda ‘support for digital services’ let’s see what happens this time…

 

Received this not long ago, seems it’s not just the UK that’s down from what I’ve read elsewhere, certainly glad I’m not paying for this ‘service’

@kederov Mine is working again now, for how long, who knows…

Car did an update today and lost audio. It also reset the users. Managed to log in but am no longer a primary user.

 

Have tried several times with the two key process but it fails each time.

 

I've sent Skoda support an email, but if anyone has any tips in the meantime I'd be grateful.

 

I think it's just their end, in which case I'll just have to wait.

Could not open app. No longer accepts password. Tried to reset comes up to many passwords and csnnot progress. Tried to reset but comes up not valid or used. Skoda  sent e mail advising press error copy log and send log to them for review????
