I've got a 2018 2.0 tdi dsg just wondering if there is a software update for the car I can do through the touchscreen hopefully with instructions as I'm useless lol and would an update also sort the sos contact workshop fault came on after I'd been sat listening to the radio for roughly 25 minutes and after the low 12v warning thanks  in advance

the only things that can be updated via the radio is the radio firmware and maps. Anything else must be done using dealer specific diagnostic tooling.
