You know what's happening with small motorcycles which don't have a RPM gauge, whey the see (and hear from distance) and after market noisy exhaust.

but if you don't have Homologation papers for that racing style exhaust (and nobody has a licence to have that exhaust in a daily motorcycle) you will get a fine.

If you don't agree and get this to the curt things will get only worst except if you are a lawyer or you have time and money to spend to argue with the Police.

No need to take it to court, if something is written in law but not applied it's illegal. 

You submit the legislation and the parts that were not followed. 

Then the fine will be thrown out. 

Since it's an illegal fine.
