drivers door

evening all, Today my dads drivers side door would not open you hear the lock trying to open but doesn't

So my question is i need to get the door open not going to be easy with a closed door but im also wondering if the window regulator is on the metal panel that rivets to the frame or a different type of regulator like the one in the link
