Hi there, I have Skoda Octavia 2018 1.6L diesel. 
I have yellow engine management light on. And when I read it the fault code through scanner it’s showing me these fault code(please see the pictures) 

I have changed both of the Auxiliary water pump purchased from Skoda dealer so they are brand new. 

Car starts and drive fine no loss of power. 
also the start and stop doesn’t work. 

any help would be highly appreciated.

High mileage car, but camshaft position sensor failure or out of spec calibration issues are not unheard of.

Try to use a new VAG sensor if possible. Having not owned a 1.6tdi for a while, I canny remember if it is an easy or hard job to get access to, but as the cam is relatively easily accessible, I canny see it being an issue.
