I recently bought a 2019 Superb. Its 2.0TDI DGS with start stop.

 

I get a "Electric child seat" warning msg. I googled it, it suggests it maybe to do with the battery. I was getting "weak battery" msgs, but they've disappeared.

Any suggestions where to get a good battery from? I want to avoid Halfords.

You will need to check on what you have fitted now, so best to take a picture of the top of the battery.

AGM or EFB type will be the technology fitted.

 

I put a Varta E39 on mine, as this is an OEM fitted battery, should last years.
