Ummm, you have the car and unless you've run the tyres on the kerbs so much that you've worn off the lettering, go outside and look maybe?

The full sizing data is literally cast into the inside of the rim.

Currently have what I believe to be Themisto alloys on.

The elegance came with 18" wheels as standard with 225/40/18 tyres.

That picture is the standard wheel fitted to the elegance.

Are they 18 or 19" wheels?

They should fit fine then.

 

The offset might be slightly different but that shouldn't matter too much with them being an OEM wheel.

Standard 18" wheel on the Superb is ET40, so ET29 will be a bit further out towards the wheelarch. It'll increase steering castor a bit so you might find the steering heavier than you're used to.

So it's probably better to find some closer to the original offset ?

I doubt you'd notice any difference on a superb with electric power steering
