Bluetooth phone support

Featured Replies

Hello

i have my 2016 octavia mk 3 with amudsen / bolero infotaiment system. Trying to connect nokia 2660 flip phone (my 2022). When i try to connect it, the pairing does not work all the way. Both devices are visable to each other and pair but the phone says the infotainment system is not responding and the infotainment system says pairing was successful. At the end the booltooth does not work. Does skoda update infotaiment system with support for new devices or is the only way to get a different dump phone?

Also anyone with nokia 2720 flip phone that that can say if bluetooth connection works with this infotainment system?

Open the Developer Options on your Phone (tap the build number of your phone in 'About Phone' until it says "You are a Developer") Scroll down in the Developer Options list to "Bluetooth AVRCP" and et it to AVRCP 1.3 or 1.4, reboot your phone, and try pairing again.

The AVRCP mode of the Bolero Infotainment is v1.3 (1.4 is closely compatible)

Once it's paired and working (hopefully) reset the AVRCP to 1.5 (default) and see if it still works (if it did in the first place)

Had this with my 2021 Motorola Edge Lite and a 2014 Octy with the Bolero, at first I left it on v1.3, then after a couple of months I upped it to v1.4 then v1.5 and it only has the odd wobble, where I need to dissable bluetooth on my phone then re-enable it and it picks up fine!!

Thank you for answer. The android phone works fine with car bluetooth, the problem is nokia feature or dumb phone (2660 flip). It has no option of changing BT stack.

Also other nokia feature (dump)phones like 5310 or 2720 are possible candidates to buy.
