Hi I’m trying to find details of the minimum battery replacements for my mk1 fabia 1.9tdi 

as I was sold one by europarts , that I believe is not man enough even though there website part tool suggests it’s the one for my car

The Varta battery finder lists this one for the Fabia MK1 1.9TDI VRS. It has excellent capacity (77Ah) and cold cranking amps (780A).

europarts have agreed there on line tool was incorrect and have allowed me to buy the the  higher capacity vatara

Well done.

ECP's lookup by reg plate is usually very vague.

For our Fabia if you put the reg in and search brake discs, the suggestions include two different sizes of front disc and one of rear. The car has drums at the back, and only one size fits the front.

So more likely to be wrong than right.:crying:
