Frosty morning with Skoda Connect

Featured Replies

Has anyone got an issue with connecting to Skoda Connect and switching on pre heat when the car is frozen.

Mine this morning could not find the vehicle at all, tried the app and online website, it said no vehicle information found.

Amazingly now it's warmed up connects fine, might have been another server issue, I'll find out if it does the same tomorrow.

Hi, its funny you say that but I had the same problem this morning, but I also could not unlock via the APP but I did have a

low tyre pressure warning, (after putting winter wheels/tyres) I checked the tyres and reset the low pressure and then tried the

pre heat and locking and they worked ok so I assumed it was to do with that.

But I will try in the morning to see if it was the cold

Looks issue with Skoda, now when I request temperature or try to pre heat it gives error that they are working on....

My favourites etc disappeared on Wed morning. Normally happens after skoda connect goes down and they restore from a backup which is months old

I have tried my app this morning and all seems to be working ok, so the must have sorted the Server out !
