Replaced DSG Thermostat - do I need to bleed the coolant?

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Thanks to "how-to's" in this forum I have just replaced my dsg thermostat on my Superb Mk 2. I lost minimal coolant by following the clamp advice.

My question is, do I need to bleed the coolant now (and if so, how?) Or do I just leave her be?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I ran the engine with the expansion cap off. Been a while dont remember how long to run for.
