Moving forward

Featured Replies

Since my car's service ( 1.5 auto) it no longer moves forward automatically after the car in front moves off e.g. at traffic lights. The garage say they haven't changed any settings or software updates. Any ideas what settings I  need to make to get this feature back?

Interesting, what is the VIN?

Turned all switches off around the gear selector and seems to work again now.

It's the "Autohold" (A) button on the bottom left below the gear stick.

Do you mean your TJA (Traffic Jam Assist) doesn't work anymore?

Normally, if the car ahead doesn't move within 3s, your car won't move. You'll need either to press the gas pedal, or pull the ACC slack to resume the selected speed.
