Hi everyone I have a Superb iv and using the Skoda app to set departure planner to put the air con on to heat the car in the morning it is set for 07:00 for air con only and is not plugged in and will come on fine I have also set it to come on at 17:00 to come home with only air con the same setting as the morning and is not plugged in but it does not come on when I get home it says on the infotainment screen it will come on at 07:00 and when I get to work it also says it will come on at 17:00 but does not has anyone got any clues what I am doing wrong many thanks 

just to let you know the battery is 100% charged 

You're posting in the wrong section (this Mk IV forum is for the fourth generation of the Superb that is not yet on the road) - you need to post in Superb Mk III, as in the third generation of the car, iV being the designation for the hybrid version that you have - understandably confusing!

Cheers I just saw IV and posted it here was a busy Sunday afternoon I have put it in the right place now do you know how to delete this post or is that an admin thing only thanks
