Lack of heat

Featured Replies

So in my quest to fix the complete lack of heating in my car and a slight coolant leak, i found that the EGR cooler was leaking coolant so this was bypassed by joining the hoses together and appears to have cured the leak. Does this effect anything, can it be left off/as is
Also whilst running the car up to temp the heater matrix got very hot, but im still not getting and heat out of any of the vents despite changing the temp/flaps to various settings (flaps sound liekk they are moving)
i also done a reset of the climate control unit, still no heat
any ideas of help would be apricated appricated
