Windows not working after new airbag module?!?!?

Hi all, recently picked up a 2004 Skoda Fabia VRS today and the previous owner had issues with the rear door seals letting some water in and the moisture over time as it had sat for a while, it had effected / damaged the airbag module, so they replaced it and after doing so the front windows (rear are manual) stopped working, i havent had a chance to look but it may just be fuses, not too sure. Any ideas please let me know! Apart from that the car is perfect except a bit of body work! Pulls really well!
