Replacing the Bolero unit screen

Featured Replies

I read "somewhere" that it was possible to replace the Bolero infotainment screen without actually removing the old one, but slip the new one in front of the old.  I confess that I failed to bookmark this and wold lie to revisit it as my unit has started to fail.  Can anyone help me here please?  Thanks

It's a VW but principle is the same
