Helloo few weeks back a posted a topic about my fabia having a 16555 code problem having unstable rpm in idle

After some time spent in diagnostic i found out that when i remove this code, engine is running like brand new its silent the consumption is 0.6/100km but after a while rpms fall down really hard, the 16555 pop up and the engine starts to have problems again, assuming its an electrical problem not mechanical could anyone guess what would it be
