Could anyone tell me the correct door lock to purchase please.

Skoda Fabia 1 2006 build 1.9tdi.

Rear passenger near side door lock with central locking.

There seems a few cheap ones about, not sure.

£127.50 + VAT for the 5J0 part at a Skoda parts counter, may make you keener to try the pattern parts...

Yes, been looking around. The cheaper ones are around £30 ish, but with the effort to get at it to take it off, makes you think that it should be a proper replacement. Have been using the part number that you kindly gave me, made the search easier, thanks.... Think I will have to buy the £100+ one as taking it in to the garage would probably cost more like £300 with labour charges. Thanks again.
