2018 Sportline tyres.

Featured Replies

Good afternoon, just wondering if anyone can help with this or has come across this before.

Have a 2018 sportline 2.0tsi 4x4, currently has 245/45 R20 tyres fitted. When going on tyre sites and entering reg it is bringing up tyre size 235/45R20 as the fitment size. Are the 245’s the incorrect tyres that it has had fitted at some point or are they an acceptable tyre to fit?
Only reason i can maybe see is that there is a lot more choice of 245 tyres available than the 235’s.

Thank you.

235x45 20 are the correct and approved size and will be shown on back of fuel filler flap.

Are the 245s Michelin Cross Climates by any chance?

No, it has falkens front, and avons back. Was looking for the michelins, seems to be more choice with the 245’s, guess thats why the car is wearing 245’s.
