mirror switch when I move to adjust right mirror it does left same time help please

Normal function. Adjust right mirror first then left.

Shame it only took me 10 years to work out that it was happening to be able to stop the problem of phantom drivers mirror movement, I was not even blind in one eye then, who can see both mirrors while adjusting the left one?
