Evening All............ordered a Koraq November the 3rd last year, rang the garage up after 3 months they didn't ring back, rang up Monday they didn't ring back rang up Wednesday they didn't ring back rang up today it rang and rang then parts picked up and said give me your name and number and i will get them to ring you back .....lol.......after ringing from my mobile about 5 times no answer, I rang from the house phone, they picked up, so after 5 minutes they said the car was in the country and it would probably be a few weeks for delivery, is it just me or does anyone else thing this is a bit off ?

It’s probably been sitting out the back of the showroom a few weeks, they just can’t be arsed to go and sort it for you. 
 

By comparison I’m giving thought to chopping ours in (only had it 15 months but sadly giving me back ache) and went along to the local JLR dealership. Beautiful showroom, four of their big expensive (£100k+) models sitting under spotlights, Three girls at reception, immediately attended to, went off to find the salesman I’d spoken to previously, he was busy so was offered tea/coffee, nothing was too much trouble. Staff all looked smart, very professional. Salesman came over, apologised for delay, more tea/coffee offered . . . .Different world to my local dealership

@strett  Welcome.

 

Get the Dealer Principal to call you back and tell them that the customer service is crap.

Put an Email to the Dealership asking for a call from the Dealer Principal as well.

 

The Sales Staff is their responsibility.   

 If they tell you tough luck and they make almost no money from selling cars that might just be right, because they are hopeless. 

Just as well you only ordered a basic car and not some exotic item
