This was purchased as a spare and I never used it. Now car sold is surplus to requirements. I would class the refurb as 9-9.5/10 there are some odd storage marks and places where the pre refurb finish is not perfect. Nothing that you would see without being really close up. 
it’s shod with used Nordexx Stratus 205/55/16 91W tyre. 5-6mm of tread.  No real cracking as it’s never been fitted to the car since purchase. Still full of air after years of storage.
