Octavia Mk3 SE Estate - Seat Covers Recommendation?

Featured Replies

Good Evening everybody.

Firstly, do apologise if this topic has been covered before, I'm a complete newbie here.

Wonder if anybody could recommend a FULL SET of seat covers, for my new car I'm just about to get???

Exact model is: Octavia CR SE Estate Business 2.0L 6-speed 150bhp

I found these as an example, but unsure if they would fit, since I don't have the car yet to actually check.

Many Thanks in advance,
Chris 🙂

Are you aware that Skoda do genuine OEM seat covers for the Octavia? NEW GENUINE SKODA OCTAVIA (5E) PAIR FRONT WATERPROOF SEAT COVERS GREY 5E0062001.

Yes thanks, however they are nothing like what I would like. The seats in the SKoda Elegance model I had briefly, were good, but the car was awful mechanically, sadly.

If anybody could point me to some like these, that would be massively appreciated (just not these excat ones, as like I said above, they are not 'Jet' Black, and the headrest covers are a joke).

It fits ok, a bit loose no where near as tight as shown in the ad photo as its hard to attach the elastic loops properly, I can slide on the seat now which is what I wanted as before my clothes got stuck and pulled up on the alcantara. I also find the skin feel/ temprature better on the leather. The downside is that I can also feel the thick seams where the leather sections are sewn together pushing into my back which is rather uncomfortable! I'm going to give it some time but I might end up taking it off again (perhaps I can find a cheap leather seat from a superb that fits and change the whole seat? (stick the old one in the loft and put it back if I ever sell the car?) I know drivers seat not most important thing to most but it's a crucial aspect of the car to me!
