My infotainment system(columbus)is stuck in private mode (connect services)and can't change it,please help!

I think you haven't got any replies as your question is a little vague.

 

I'm on my 4th Kodiaq and don't really understand what you are asking.

Infotainment was in private mode couldn't access car using the app(privacy settings)I figured it out after 2 weeks of trying.Thanks for replying though!

Hey, can you advice what was the fix? I have the same issue and can't disable Private mode
