I was just going to check something on my service history of my Karoq via erWin but now for some reason the option to view my DSS (Digital Service Schedule) has dissapeared! I even tried re-registering again, once again as a 'company' but it still doesn't want to let me view it! What the hell is going on with it? I'll be furious if they're gatekeeping that information now.

My understanding was that you can see the Overview of service entries BUT you can only view the Complete details of entries that have been made by the same userid that you are logged in as

But it doesn’t even let me see the general overview of the service history, the option is completely missing.

I checked mine last week and it seems it has never been serviced 🤣 unless it was don't independent from new.

Even if it was, a good independent would update the digital history
