My dad's had a prang in his Fabia Mk2 petrol estate, so I'm looking for a replacement tailgate on eBay for him. I've found one that looks ideal (2010 TDi), but, having entered my dad's reg. no., eBay tells me it doesn't fit.

 

Do all mk2 estate tailgates fit, regardless of year?  I'm assuming eBay says it's wrong because of the different badging on the boot.

Yes they're all the same, eBay doesn't know anything because it's the vendor who puts what it fits.
