Hi, I got my Karoq today.  Just a question please, when I go into reverse, I see the lines that I’ve had on other cars, so that’s fine.  
but the outline of a car is to the left.   Is that always there, can it be configured not to show it?  If not it’s ok, just wondered.

I believe there should be a small arrow on the right side of the overlay, which is visible on the left side of the screen to "collapse" the parking sensor view.

Yes it can be swiped away, but if your shunting it comes back every time reverse is selected. The parking sensor display also pops up there too. 

Ah you want to disable it permanently.

If I remember correctly I saw something related to this when I was looking through the VCDS options. The only downside that this would turn it off completely until you code it back in again, you wouldn't be able to just turn it on-off in the settings.

I have the opposite problem, after retro fitting the area view 360° and Park Assist: I wanna see it but I cannot: can anybody help me?
