First time Skoda buyer

Hi everyone. I'm Jay, nice to meet you. I just bought a 2018 Skoda Karoq 2.0 diesel with the exclusive package (sunroof, better audio). I drove plenty of Skoda in the past such as Superb, Octavia, Fabia etc. whether it was a rental on trips or friend's cars. My father in law's 2019 Karoq got me hooked on it so now I'm a proud owner. There are a few things here and there that I need to order to fix some minor things so hopefully this community can help me. 

A short list for now:

- rear bumper right side lower reflector cracked and needs to be replaced

- mirrors do fold when locking the car but I can't adjust them in the car with the control knob

- little a/c vent fin handle on far right vent is missing and needs to be replaced
