Hi all,

 

im trying to work out who to update to more recently maps and any other radio updates on my 201e superb Columbus.

 

i can use pc etc but I just don’t know where to even start.  Which files or version I should use.  If anyone can give me some pointer please that would be amazing.

 

So far I have the info off my Columbus.

other than that I don’t know where to go

You probably have the best firmware for you unit - to make sure pls remove it and send the picture of the label from upper case.

 

If I remember correctly the most recent maps are alredy 7 years old and there will never be new release as this unit is not supported since several years.

thanks for the fast reply i will check when i get car back, its is in for cam belt change atm.

so you think it has the most upto date maps possilbe atm?

updated my maps on my 2013 to 2021/2022 with a cd purchased from online company last year.no more updates after this i was told

what version is that please?
guess mine is classed as 7918

What company did u get it from?

I have SD card but no CD burner.

You still need to burn the boot loader cd to update via SD card
