Hi,can anyone tell me what this symbol means please?,it starts as a small white symbol at the bottom of the instrument  panel for a minute,but then flashes up as a bigger red symbol in the middle for a few seconds,then goes off again.

Its a brand new car on Motability,so its obviously under warranty etc,but im on hols at the moment so not near the dealership,and hoping its not serious ??.

forward collision system not on yet i think. Comes on as i start sometimes

 

Not seen the second red one you mention maybe when you are moving it's  a warning it's off or you're too close

My first thought was someone being sick in a toilet!

So perhaps it's telling you to slow down. Ha.

I had 4 error messages appear on Saturday morning.  Car is 1 week old.

I had a 'front collision unavailable ' the other day when driving in the rain 🙄.

But also had the collision symbol appear again whilst driving on a clear empty road,shall i presume i have a fault ??.

Mines booked in on Tuesday to be investigated.  Might be worth a call to the dealer even for them to log it.

Should probably be checked out by the dealer at the very least.
